No job security here no work culture if you are HR coordinator than you are only floor HR you have no rights to sit in HR offices, No rights to learn any work which is professnol HR. If you are from bihar than you are able to work there if you are local person near by delhi or haryana than you are not do job there more than 3-6 months. Mr gyanender jha who is the senior manager in jsg innotech pvt ltd. He don t want that any local person do job here more than 5-6 month. He is casenova person and their MD know everything about him but they do not any action . One of my collegue drop her job for his casenova behaviour.
