Zero job security and nill work-life balance. Anyone may get fired anytime. Hire and fire is the main business of the boss. They don't believe in nurturing and growth of the business, instead, they focus on when and how to fire the employees.

The company is open for innovation always ready to adopt technology. As I am a fresher I got proper guidance and help from my seniors.. Overall there is best environment for learners..

Dislikes

Office is very far from my place that's the pain sometime.. There is lack of training for freshers as well. Taking leaves bacome issue sometimes.

My role in this company is interacting with clients in phone calls regarding insurance as well as investment advisory, handling queries making plans for them...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
