This company is good as a start to the career. It grills you. You will be able to handle pressure. You will get to know more people and generate contacts. It’s sales so there will never be job satisfaction. You need to be self motivated to work here. The staff is helpful enough for your survival. But don’t expect any luxury.

The only thing I don’t like is the bad balance between work life and personal life. The timing is from 11 to 7:30 but checking out of the office is not defined. Even if a person works for 10 or 12 hours or even more, there will be no recognition in the form of over time.

It's one of the worst company I have worked for and biggest mistake of life. Forget about work -life balance. Its fraud company. They will screw you like anything and will not give your money. Simply uses carrot and stick policy. But in the end you will only get stick

Appraisal are very slow After all this there is no fullstop here They just demotivate you to next level so that you feel frustrated.
