The only challenges faced in the organization is it takes little time to sort out any issues but the final solution is good.

Work Details

Well my work in this organization is more into managing and creating a balance between management and employees. Work with company's director and initiate and pitch HR Policies, handling workspace and handles end to end HR Operation.

Top Management are at logger heads. So much so that they use the budget given to them to form proxy organization within the same organization

Work was interesting. But how can one enjoy the work there when you know there are many other folks from different teams who do the same work and eventually one of us will lose our job.
