- For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads. -There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely. - I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.

- Horrible Culture. - Leads there will shout recruiters salary openly on floor and ask to work. If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business. - If your a recruiter, god bless, sometimes even CEO will come and ask you how manySubmissions - Industry wise 2/5 rating for Salary. 1/5 for incentives. New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
