It's employee friendly company they mention like that but they never hear with employee ever , they always discuss with manager and take decision, if you have clash between you and manager , requesting you to put a paper and come out from it or else your manager will put u in PIP and gives you target of unimaginable target to take out the PIP which is issued , you will not reach your target and they will insult and sent you out , Note : If this msg reaches to HR managements , am requesting all HR team to discuss with SAR and take decision not only with managers....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
