There is nothing to like about this company. Pure lala type management hai.

Dislikes

Lala management, kabhi bhi fire kar dete hai ego trip par hain saare. they are doing frauds. Speakers ka koi background check nahi hota. Koi bhi fake aake bol skta hai. Also UPSC ka fraud krke kayi bachho ki life khraab kar di hai. Also agar aap yaha kaam karenge toh yaha ke baad aap kahi bhi job nahi kar skte kyuki yaha ka experience kahi kaam nahi aa skta.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
