I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work environment, management is very supportive and transparent. Company policies are little poor, appraisals are not fair, they didn't give every year if the market is down.

There are very less company manpower. Salary and career growth is slow.
