Nothing much . Just friendly atmosphere. No work pressure.

Dislikes

Low salary.. no promotion.. no appraisal.. strict timing. Will deduct your salary for anything. Will deduct salary for leaves while u have still pending leaves for your name. I was frustrated for the salary structure specially .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
