No Support will be received from Higher officials. We also can't take any decision without their knowledge or approval. Finally blame willl be on us. Even HR will not be provided any response. No transperancy.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
