Those who are working from past more than 10 years are avoiding work and just doing time pass Too much follow up for getting work done many time others follow up we have to do as he is getting paid for do nothing No motivation and support Only work no devlopment of skill Poor manegement

No support from seniors & management. location surveillance via Johnson App Every employee is looking for itself. 20 yr old employee is also running to achieve the monthly Target like a new joinee. No training, no coffee machine, no parking.
