Politics, terrible school schedule,overburdened teachers. Teacher student ratio is very high 40 to 48 students in one class.

Initially everything was good management was happy. But after 6 months they gave reappointment to their old teacher in whose place they appointed me. From that time management started pressuring me and finally they told me sir give your resignation.
