Extremely poor management; not capable of work. Gender biased towards female management not giving equal opportunity Management placing their friends and relatives to the top position Management not letting avail the company provided benefits to employees. Weekend working if month end falls on Saturday Sunday.

In the name of extending they ask you to work for more than 12 hours. Middle management is not at all supportive here. There will be times you will feel harrassed here. And the moment you put your resignation real harrasment begins. Specially avoid this workplace if you are qualified CA.

Nothing, its a small setup and there are clear bias practices been followed up in IJP selection. Managers are so bias they clearly support there chelas rest are just wait for external opportunity. Higher management and HR just a puppets and deaf do not hear or do anything

Everything , try to avoid joining this company as you never know when they lay you off or if you wanna fight with managers faverate for growth or IJP's.

2 years of experience people are managing team and 5 to 7 years people are general managers. With no people management skills and pathetic attitude.

Basic facilities are okay but job security is a major concern. Frequent restructuring, role changes and managements failure to show profitability affects overall company performace which ultimately dents the business performance.

Dislikes

Frequent restructuring is a major concern. People are moved roles a lot and thus not able to attain stability. Learning is zero which is again major challenge. Promotions are purely on the basis of who you know in the management and not on the basis of skills and experience. Baisness is one of the major factor in promotions.
