1.) Poor salary growth 2.) Poor technical growth 3.) Internal politics 4.) Lack of youth in higher positions leads to lack of technical ambition. 5.) Chinese management lacks the trust in India R&D to give developmental work. You'll work mostly on upgrade projects with a focus on debugging.
