The worst kind of open culture as they say is they lack basic culture and the manners, no professionalism though the employees are a bit senior-level and they have spent a good amount of time in the same organisation

Dislikes

There is no proper process in place for the new joiners and they are expected to know the environment by themselves in no realistic time!!Better be cultured enough to at least address or greet your collegaue(s) in a meeting...Co-workers are aggressive always!

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
