1- Ur lead or manager could be the person who has lesser experience than u in particular field or technology. (U have 2-3 years experience in React but ur lead who has only 1 year experience in the same, will argue with u on implementing bad practices.) 2- Politics in some projects. Again, because of lead or manager. 3- U will not be given opportunity to speak the truth about how we can better manage/developer/test any project and if you do, then people who have stayed longer in the team will start ignoring and commanding u in group meetings....Read More
