Job Insecurity & Instability - Two mass layoff’s in last 6-8 months. Constant fear of being fired. One may get fired here even on his 1st month of joining in cost-cutting layoff drives. Poor Leadership & No Strategy- Directionless decision making & lack of strategy. Lack of clear vision for growth. Business Sell-offs - Selling key businesses. E.g HVAC, Air Distribution etc. Very High Employee Attrition Rate - People joins and leaves like anything. In just 1 year you will see that a team faces gets changed completely, which ultimately impacts on project timelines. None of the project completes on time. Policies not that good - No paternity leaves, capping on expense in relocation policy etc. Hazardous & Unhealthy Work Environment- People doing product testing’s on their desks which causing lot of noise and affecting other employees on floor. This will impact hearing ability & mental health of employees in long term. Acting as a support center for their US Office - No/Little ownership to Indian employees. Just do what they are telling you to do, no need to put your own mind.
