There is a lot of politics and management does not stick to commitments. Considering work from home is going to end cab facilities should be provided. There is no check on employee exploitation and respect to personal time is not given. Although it says it's completely health compliant on paper, it is anything but that.

Micromanagement at its peak! No check on amount of work taken by manager with respect to number of team members. Zero work life balance. HRs never convey facts completely before hiring. Managers are insistent on making Saturday a working day

Nothing, its a small setup and there are clear bias practices been followed up in IJP selection. Managers are so bias they clearly support there chelas rest are just wait for external opportunity. Higher management and HR just a puppets and deaf do not hear or do anything

Everything , try to avoid joining this company as you never know when they lay you off or if you wanna fight with managers faverate for growth or IJP's.

Work life balance, well versed manager, inputs from stakeholders, details knowledge transfer mediums, exposure to long term vision of business, salary structure, leaves, Personal devlopment etc etc.

Promotions - no clarity on whats the structure to move above in the hierarchy. Fear of layoff - there is a constant fear of getting laid off mostly due to market conditions, field of business, macro economics & US market driven revenue prospects.

There is little to no scope of learning because all managers are well known each other before joining the JCI in specific BSNA part. For learning or professional growth with in the BSNA segment as the HR and leadership lack of professionalism across the BSNA. HR, instead of acting as an impartial body, merely follows the directive of unprofessional leader, further exacerbating the situation. The management and HR team in BSNA segment appears to lack of professionalism and independence. Instead of taking unbiased and comprehensive approach, HR seems to be blindly following managers instructions without critically analysing situations. They rely on assumptions and personal perceptions rather than thoroughly examining facts and addressing issues objectively. The management in BSNA, at the GBC location, JCI also seems disconnected and misaligned, further contributing to inefficiency and lack of relevance in decisions making processes.
