The only thing good about the organization is the leave policy. You can avail leave anytime you wish and no questions asked.
Dislikes
1. The management of JCI Gurgaon does not have leadership skills. They lack focus, growth and commitment. Same people have been working for decades and they take the company as their own.
2. There is no learning or growth. People who have been loyal to the company will be asked to leave rather than appraisals or promotions.
