Last 3 month only JCi is deducting employee's salaries. Only 20 days payment they are giving..Worst Policy..worst organisation.

It became a worst organisation in India, There is no Job guarantee in this organisation Almost every month last 2 years i'm seeing regular layoff happening inside the organisation..You can join in this organisation but you will not get any Job guarantee..rest is Job seeker's choice.

I have represented JCI as a service sales manager where I was responsible to meet sales target with desired booking margin. The major challenge in the region was JCI do not have much customer data base which suppose to be devolop by solution team.
