For promotion you have good connection with upper management, then and then you got promoted. For the on site opportunity you have to pitch , no one ask you for same.

In the name of extending they ask you to work for more than 12 hours. Middle management is not at all supportive here. There will be times you will feel harrassed here. And the moment you put your resignation real harrasment begins. Specially avoid this workplace if you are qualified CA.
