You will come to learn lot of new things here. Here you will find tough competition among teams or even team members.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management don't address our issues. HR person don't have enough rights to interfere in any team. Each team have its different culture. Working hrs are said to be 8 but you will find all the time involved in the office work once you come in JCI. As compared to work salary isn't good.

Worst work life balance No hike High work load

Worst work life balance..specially in graphics - HVAC Controls Center of Excellence ,Pune. Work load is too much and you won't get that much hike and worst part is managers are aware of such situations and do nothing. I used to be in office till 10 pm in Cerebrum Pune kalyani nagar. It actually started affecting my mental health too.
