Company transfer anyone to any team regardless of their specialization. They will make software programmer to work in hardware team or graphic team without any training and without any intimation. Company will change the employees team and roles without any intimation and approval.

Red tape culture everywhere. Long staying employees dominates every aspect getting importance, benefits, promotions. No guidance to new recruits. Unnecessary stress and pressure of results. Total disregard for one’s personal life and well being. Asking for a leave is scary. Outright favourism within teams.

Nothing, its a small setup and there are clear bias practices been followed up in IJP selection. Managers are so bias they clearly support there chelas rest are just wait for external opportunity. Higher management and HR just a puppets and deaf do not hear or do anything

Dislikes

Everything , try to avoid joining this company as you never know when they lay you off or if you wanna fight with managers faverate for growth or IJP's.

There is little to no scope of learning because all managers are well known each other before joining the JCI in specific BSNA part. For learning or professional growth with in the BSNA segment as the HR and leadership lack of professionalism across the BSNA. HR, instead of acting as an impartial body, merely follows the directive of unprofessional leader, further exacerbating the situation. The management and HR team in BSNA segment appears to lack of professionalism and independence. Instead of taking unbiased and comprehensive approach, HR seems to be blindly following managers instructions without critically analysing situations. They rely on assumptions and personal perceptions rather than thoroughly examining facts and addressing issues objectively. The management in BSNA, at the GBC location, JCI also seems disconnected and misaligned, further contributing to inefficiency and lack of relevance in decisions making processes. Basic facilities are okay but job security is a major concern. Frequent restructuring, role changes and managements failure to show profitability affects overall company performace which ultimately dents the business performance.

Dislikes

Frequent restructuring is a major concern. People are moved roles a lot and thus not able to attain stability. Learning is zero which is again major challenge. Promotions are purely on the basis of who you know in the management and not on the basis of skills and experience. Baisness is one of the major factor in promotions.
