I have worked with J&J for 23 yr. Company documents highest standards but the management is unable to follow the same. The overall handling of the talc issue is the clear case example.
I worked in supplychain and operation.it is dominated by NITIE students and they practice favouratism shamelessly and HR is ineffective.

Zero work life balance. If you are in sales, you have no life and on ground employees are treated like puppets. They don’t want to make their employees lives easy and the management which think of themselves like gods just because they have been in the company for decades treat you like they own you.
