Product is really good,though the price is a little bit high.Incentive structure is good.

Great company to work for , but the cross functional movement which is the catching point of the company only happens for management people the people who are at the ground level doesn't have much scope to move in lateral direction .

Dislikes

The cross functional movement happens only for management people. That's a downside , for people working at the ground level .

Initial work was fun then it turned out pretty hectic .
