I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
