So what I like about JODO, lets work with the pros and cons of JODO
pros
-Good work-life balance (but expect this in peak season ;)
-Good pay, in general, I would say pay is not extremely good just a little above or comparable to the market standards
-Good opportunity to grow, this company will give you a good opportunity to grow but you have to work for it now as there are way too many people in the organization as compared to last year which a good thing

Firstly I would like to say if you are fresher reading this and have a job offer from Jodo TAKE IT, it will be the best start to your career no matter which department
Now let come to people who have some work experience
As I have a few years of experience before joining jodo i would like to say i don't think this role is the best fit for me at least because CSS is basically a fancy call center + the center visits part is not also that great also as the company expects us to do talk time which is extremely unfortunate because we don't have offices or sometimes even a proper setting in some partner institute
There is no feeling of belongingness maybe just for remote employees, because truly I don't feel part of the company, I have been in this company for almost 1.5 years and don't even know the names of a few colleagues in my region and in general I feel like Bangalore office has much more life I guess, I think it's a company's responsibility to take care of this
Incentive and travel policy - Incentives have dropped a lot in the last few months even is the peak season I am not expecting much <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">
now the travel policy - I HAVE NOT SEEN A WORST TRAVEL POLICY THEN THIS to give reference company has caped the daily travel reimbursement at 150 Rupees!!! which doesn't make any sense as some people are traveling almost 50 60km a day sometimes more, and even after that accounting to the policy we can't claim anything if we travel less than 40 km, at this point people are forced to pay out of there own pocket to do companies work </mark>
To be honest I feel like this company is a great place to work maybe I just chose the wrong department to work in...Read More
