Dislikes

Work-life balance is not at all there. If by luck you are allocated in product team then its fine, otherwise its 12 hrs a day job (including weekends). Moreover the company has released internal frameworks, so there won't be much to learn in aspect of personal growth.

No organizational strategy for employee. They hire for projects and do not appreciate and ask employee to leave if the project don't come.

Work Details

No work culture and a sticky organization. The product managers expects you to work every weekend including national holidays to meet the curated deadlines. If you are not ready to work on each weekend then they dont give good ratings.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
