Worst company ever for freshers....

Worst company... Worked almost 2 years with more than 30 confirmed joiners at EY. That's almost 50 lakhs of revenue generated for the company. In return after 2 years my salary was just 20k ....Joined at 16K as fresher...NO INCENTIVE OR APPRAISAL WHATSOEVER.

The Pace , Rush To Keep the work with the competitors before the EOD. The Enthusiasm Of Colleagues. Company's business and keeping the track of mkt.

Atmosphere, Not at all airy. Hygiene was not up to the mark. When they have such a huge, dedicated, smart, sharp strength of employees. They must switch to upper floors. Apart from me others were also affected. May be due to career stage they do not give it much importance ( Hygiene).
