I have overall good experience in working for jns consultancy over a year I learnt so much things. I saw changes come in my work life my skill developed. The only thing is not good is growth on salary therefore I just left the job but as a fresher this company is best for this. All my colleague was very supportive and polite with everyone.

They give me a job when i needed most. I struggled a bit in the beginning because of i didn't even experience about this kind of job. I got a change to do so and I learnt so much.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
