The projects they are having are really good.

Dislikes

1)Bad leadership. 2)Treating employees as Cheap Commadity. No proper timing we need to work day and night. 3)We need to request many persons for anything and everything. Even for assigning the work. 4)The Appraisal's and other benofts are low in number and takes too much to achieve as compared to Industry Standard.

Work load will be bit more most of the time but you will not feel that much load because of good culture
