There is no growth or skill development, no appraisal, no promotion, visible politics, favouring the same language people. Including assistant vp nobody is interested developing products. Misusing the freedom of the company. I think the MD should investigate thoroughly.

The appraisal is not upto mark even if after giving every productive second of one's career, sweating hard irrespective of timings and weekdays even working in holidays, they never respect someone's efforts only include a appreciation mail regarding the same without any bonus.

Working at JMR has been a good experience so far, we get lots of learning opportunities through various sessions, my manager has a quality to see the things from other persons angle, he's supportive and he understands his team needs.

Companies across the industry are adopting remote work culture to give their employees a working flexibility so that they can also take care of their family and personal life. additionally, It enhances the productivity for me personally. but, here in JMR this flexibility is limited to some employees.

Good office environment and seniors, managers are supportive. Taught manager was pressurising us initially but the outcome was good for only for the team members. Flexible work hours.

There is not much co-curriculum activities. Not much appreciation is given, sometimes it demotivates an individual who has put lot of efforts to complete it.
