JMAN gives a lot of experience and importance to a fresher. A fresher can learn a lot in JMAN. Can find a good culture in JMAN.

Dislikes

You can't expect a nice package in JMAN. Most people are friendly colleagues who will help in need, but some people are doing some politics and act with vengeful behaviour.

Work Details

I learnt a lot in JMAN, and it has taught me a lot and have a lot of experience. It's a nice launch zone for a fresher in his/her career. If a fresher expects a big package then this not the place to join.
