work life balance is good.

no job security. the job role is too different than its given in Linked In or in theory website. The job role is just of a tourist guide . They are taking people for the role of Merchandiser, but no such role exists in theory company. Its not a buying house, its a Gaddi, they take commission from local shops and helps them to get their products thats it.

While JM Jain offers many benefits, one downside I've experienced is the company's limited opportunities for career advancement. While it's a great place to start, there may be limited upward mobility for employees improving this factor can enhance the overall work experience.
