Late sitting need to work 18-20 hrs.No appreciation for good work.Very Politics environment.HR reside in HOD pocket.You need to forget your personal life.If you are alone in a world ,and work is only your ambition then JM is good place for you.

Teammates are very selfish they will never allow you to give grow professionally. They will never allow you to give suggestions on any process or any new activity. Because they know that I am much more smarter than them and if they allow me to do so then they loose there value.

Dislikes

My Boss Mr. Harish Kukraja is very much disgusting person. He always prefer Female resources to discuss with him and will give female resources better Bonous and salary increment.

Honestly saying it's very Boring working in JM because in my team they will never give you any critical activity because they know if I will be allowed to do the activity they will loose there value in orgination.
