Salary disbursement on time.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR team. Not supportive at all. Clients use us like door mats and they are fine with this. Value for money but not for humans.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
