I have work with JLL for more then 2 years. It was great experience for ke to learn and work there. The main thing which I liked the most is the management and the way our sr director Manish grover manage things there it is really great.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
