No bonus if we resign on year end and year starting which doesn't make sense it's our money we have involved with our deduction which is affecting our financial. Other companies are paying the salary at what ever time the employees are reliving the job.

Only thing good about this firm is cab facility. The 4.1 rating is because most of that is coming from facility management. THIS IS A WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO IT FINANCIAL WORKING PERIOD.

READ BEFORE JOINING - No care for employees. In the month where fog levels are high they force employees to come to office risking their life's for the work which can be done from home. - If you take leave then you have to compensate for that and no extra pay so virtually you don't get any leaves. - They trust their employees so much that you have tracker in your laptop counting away time. - Poor Managers. - Odd work hours + No incentives. This organisation does not give value to the on site employees as per my experience. They will not support you at all if the contract will not get renewed with the client or if the client does cost cutting from the various departments. JLL will just say you have 2 months of time so find your own way. HR's are not at all supportive they don't even know the process properly. Talent acquisition team is just worse. They will not receive your call at all when they come to know that the employee is going to loose their job. Management is not at all supportive. They will make you do everything for the whole year and during the time of appraisal they will start their drama. Talent acquisition team is so worse that after hiring from inside they will still keep the position open. Never ever try to apply job from their workday app because the opportunity which you will see it is open that is completely fake. Salary increment will be based on your clients report about you out of. 95 out of 100 won't give good feedback. These people expect a baby on next day of marriage. Mental health will take a toll for sure. Client won't respect you. Design consultant won't respect you and Vendor won't respect you. Don't fall for the most ethical company tagline crap. It's all fake atleast for people like me.

Name is PMC but working as a client and vendor Mediator and supervisor. i felt very bad in JLL EXPERIENCE in my 24 years experience . All are Blindly working in field. Not thinking and asking the question : "Why ,what, when,where".

It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

Extremely Biased Management & No growth for experienced employees. JLL has a deeply biased management culture that favours flattery over hard work and experience.Promotions are not based on merit but on personal favoritism. Freshers with little knowledge and those who always busy flattering of mangers are rapidly promotedd simply because they allign with manager's personal interest , While experienced employees or who else not flattering are ignored and left frustrated. Senior manager and Assistant managers continue this toxic culture,making it impossible for skilled proffessinals to grow unless they constantly flatter their superiors. Communication from management is harsh and unprofessinal , and those who focus on actual work receive no recognition . instead, individuals who spend time pleasing managers get promoted without contributing meaningfully. The casual approach of their each and every other employee. I don't work for JLL however they are our contractor and believe me when I say I haven't seen anything worst than these guys. Absolutely non professional, lethargic and clueless about their roles and responsibilities at site.

Dislikes

As a result of their manipulative puppet management we removed them from our contract totally and got 1 million dollars wasted over ten eleven months. They are absolutely not fot for any other job except Facility Management.
