Likes

Good place for the fresher to begin the carree with. Job Security is for sure. Work culture is Average. Policies are ok.

Dislikes

Lack of Growth Opportunity. Increment is low. Employee Retainment policy is poor. Lacked fairness in evaluation and transperancy.

Work Details

Average. Sometyms can be stressful & boring whereas other time it can be OK but nothing to excite u about. Screen time will be more. Learned a lot as Real Estate was completly new for me but after period of tym felt restricted in learning and Opportunity.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
