My manager kept on insisting me to build Public relations with the client even though I was uncomfortable with it and even though I was pretty good at my job.. This organisation does not give value to the on site employees as per my experience. They will not support you at all if the contract will not get renewed with the client or if the client does cost cutting from the various departments. JLL will just say you have 2 months of time so find your own way. HR's are not at all supportive they don't even know the process properly. Talent acquisition team is just worse. They will not receive your call at all when they come to know that the employee is going to loose their job. Management is not at all supportive. They will make you do everything for the whole year and during the time of appraisal they will start their drama. Talent acquisition team is so worse that after hiring from inside they will still keep the position open. Never ever try to apply job from their workday app because the opportunity which you will see it is open that is completely fake. Freshers with little knowledge and those who always busy flattering of mangers are rapidly promotedd simply because they allign with manager's personal interest , While experienced employees or who else not flattering are ignored and left frustrated. Senior manager and Assistant managers continue this toxic culture,making it impossible for skilled proffessinals to grow unless they constantly flatter their superiors. The casual approach of their each and every other employee. I don't work for JLL however they are our contractor and believe me when I say I haven't seen anything worst than these guys. Absolutely non professional, lethargic and clueless about their roles and responsibilities at site.
Dislikes
As a result of their manipulative puppet management we removed them from our contract totally and got 1 million dollars wasted over ten eleven months. They are absolutely not fot for any other job except Facility Management.
