The learning part is very intriguing as you daily get to learn from your colleagues or seniors on site. The courses also provided are very informative and be applied while working and develop and grow further. The salary is done timely.

Dislikes

Being an employee on site I never felt that I can ever grow in career or position wise neither transfer. Given the COVID situation there was job security from both client site or the JLL. Even though the compensation, medical reimbursement or bonus along with salary are provided on time, but still full facilities are not availed as compared to on- roll JLL employees. So that's the only bitter part of it....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
