In Punjab region the officials of JLL Mr. Gurdeep Singh has a setting with vendors. He clearly support the vendors, Since his joining JLL has failed to get business But vendors are getting work, even after performing bad. Now the situation is that Mr. Gurdeep is giving wrong/fake feedback of every employee to save his own. some old contracts have been terminated due to his negligence and he has failed to perform. Due to the support given by higher officials, Gurdeep Singh will survive but JLL will not survive in Punjab region....Read More

The company is like manpower agency, who throu u at client office, then u have to follow double JD & double role to play one for jll & one for client.

Dislikes

Everything needs to done thrice once for jll, second for client with their requirement, third for ur boss, very poor company & lot of work prresure, no w/o, no timing, they just like to save budget & pull u in hell.

Overall experience was really good with JLL. JLL is the Employee Supportive MNC. Provided work balanced life with all other benefits which a candidate always seek. JLL always provide new opportunities to their employees and never make their existing employees jobless.

They must make clear about the re-location (area) before calling any employee to out of the city to avoid over burdened expenses.
