The skill development training are arranged regularly and the only thing is great.

1)As JLL moto is "one JLL" is only on paper, nothing like this as actual. 2)In JLL favouritism is major drawback 3)Here senior management has taken personal grudge on several employees at the time of appraisal, 4)if any request is done by the management(transfers,relocation) and by in any case someone has deny the request, than the management will take as personal grudge against the employee and make their life hell, the management will give no appraisals and incentive and give a letter "need improvement". 5)There is total 24 leaves are given to each employees including sick and casual, but for taking leave there is lot of back and forth and every year at the month of October, the employees are instructed to apply all the leaves., So the bottom line is they are alloting leaves but for availing them there is very difficult if someone has informed on 2 to 3 months prior also. 7)If anyone has applied leave for 10 or 15 days, if leave are balance as well, if that person haven't take any leave for more than one year also, then the manager are telling that "we have no one in bench to replace you" or "there would be revenue loss for us if the person go on leave". 8)The major issue is that the seniors are here are not at all supportive on your personal medical issues as well. In this organisation no mid year bonuses or incentives, only it was as usual to be only in March/April month, but if the senior management has grudge against you due to non oiling then you will be get screwed. It's a great place to work, you will have full freedom to implement your ideas to enhance working experience and it will be cultivated by the team. The team helps you out whenever wherever is required. Overall as an employee I must mention it as a great workplace.

It won't be mentioned as dislike, but yes the salary can be improved as per the global standards and prices are going up. The salary is bit too low to go ahead.

JLL not take care employees who work on client site . Client treat the JLL employees like a GULAM . No work life balance. No Personal life. Even JLL management ask to pay money for notice period buy. No matter how long you work with JLL .

Extremely Biased Management & No growth for experienced employees. JLL has a deeply biased management culture that favours flattery over hard work and experience.Promotions are not based on merit but on personal favoritism. Freshers with little knowledge and those who always busy flattering of mangers are rapidly promotedd simply because they allign with manager's personal interest , While experienced employees or who else not flattering are ignored and left frustrated. Senior manager and Assistant managers continue this toxic culture,making it impossible for skilled proffessinals to grow unless they constantly flatter their superiors. Communication from management is harsh and unprofessinal , and those who focus on actual work receive no recognition . instead, individuals who spend time pleasing managers get promoted without contributing meaningfully. The lack of fair opportunities has led to low morale and even mental distress among employees. if you are looking for a workplace that value skills, experience and merit based growth, JLL is not the right place....Read More

The casual approach of their each and every other employee. I don't work for JLL however they are our contractor and believe me when I say I haven't seen anything worst than these guys. Absolutely non professional, lethargic and clueless about their roles and responsibilities at site.

Dislikes

As a result of their manipulative puppet management we removed them from our contract totally and got 1 million dollars wasted over ten eleven months. They are absolutely not fot for any other job except Facility Management.
