JL Morison is great place to learn and grow. I worked with great managers and senior management team. The senior management encourages you to actively participate and appreciates your work. Promoters, HR, senior management team and managers did take care of their employees during pandemic and have offered work from home policy. It is fun place to work with the activities and events happening all round the year. 5 days working week with fixed working hours and sufficient work life balance....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
