1. Have a big name like "Raymond" 2. New product in almost every quarter. 3. Your personal skill will develop like anything. Because everyday is like a fight to survive.

1. No matter what you have to achieve your target. None achiever will be fired. Unless you are in same cast with RSM. 2. You will not get proper stock but you have to sell to achieve the target. 3. Promotion will depend upon your relationship and cast with the senior. Not upon your performance. 4. 1 years performance will be faded if you miss 13th and 14th month's target. 5. TSM is the person who is responsible all the bad things on other hand any thing goes good it's just a automatic work flow. 6. After 3 years I am too frustrated and depressed. Its like so so, the boss and seniors always do a drama like "how is your family". On a 2nd line they say don't bother about covid19 just do your target.

The Company Culture is very good and the company also supported during the Covid-19.But the Company ,which was deducted from 30% salary ,should not have done it.

But the company , which was deducted from 30% salary , should not have done it. Ijoin the company dec 2018 .I did not have an increment for 2019, i was ok for that .But there was hope on 2020 but I am unhappy for that.

I have joined the company Since Dec 2018& have given best so far will keep giving .I have handled the entire state J&K .last year 2019-2020 I gave the growth 21% to the Company & my boss Mr.Ashu Bawa is very supportive .
