1. No matter what you have to achieve your target. None achiever will be fired. Unless you are in same cast with RSM. 2. You will not get proper stock but you have to sell to achieve the target. 3. Promotion will depend upon your relationship and cast with the senior. Not upon your performance. 4. 1 years performance will be faded if you miss 13th and 14th month's target. 5.
