1. The Product & Quality Managers are great, calm, collective and supportive. 2. There is less workload as no new ideas are welcomed. 3. Play area and huge cafeteria (try masala dosa) within the campus. 4. The campus is green and there is a flexible time to spend within the campus. 5. Great to start a career in new product development.

Dislikes

1. The overall work is slow with crossfunctional departments being lazy and avoiding work (especially graphic designers and procurement) 2. No market visits are planned and we are expected to know about the market sitting at the desk. 3. Few people are favoured by the HOD only if they agree with his ideas and laugh at his jokes (weird) 4. Frequent insults and bad language by the HOD of the department which demotivates and affects the morale of the employee to work the next day. 5. My role was in new product development but I am doing e-commerce, procurement, marketing, etc. 6. No welcome of new ideas as the bandwidth of the team to execute them is very low. 7.
