My responsibilities was inspecttion to Quality and quantity, management, of material and maintainance etc. On site.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new join and etc.

The job is quite interesting. Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was normal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
