Work Life Balance is most interesting criteria. No extra work pressure, No too much documention, Enough Department Strength. Good Infrastructure, Open learning platforms, Good transportation facility inside/outside of plant etc.

Top management is having no knowledge at ground level working. There is lot of partiality between employees and departments. Unnecessary pressure given which is not possible on ground level.

- Since day 1 manager sent me into to market by alone without providing any leads. Even No sales executive was allotted to get knowledge about the market - insprite of being Management Trainee put unnecessary pressure for sales without giving any motivation or support - without any support manager told to resign if doing sales seems difficult
