Senior management wants quick results without realising the ground situation, 3 state heads within a span of 3 yrs have left, HR has no role , White cement division-Putty there is lot of disparity in competition, Management not at all supportive, company is run by Tyrants and Consultants , who have zero idea of Market, Nepotism and favouritism is the way of working, morning to evening zoom call, ZERO job security...Read More
